Helpful Tips!
1. It is recommended to leave the attachment head a little loose while grinding. If you tighten the head too much it won?t allow the shaft to move freely which to me puts stress on your mixer motor.
2. In order for an easy and stress-free grinding session, you must make sure your meat is very cold or even partially frozen AND your attachments are very cold as well. We recommend putting the grinder and meat in the freezer for 30 minutes before you use it to keep the meat from heating up on the grinding prices.
